Sunday Worship at Veryan Parish Church
We warmly invite you to join us for worship every Sunday at 11:00 am at Veryan Parish Church.
Our Sunday services are a central part of our life together as a church family. Whether you're a long-time member of the parish, new to the area, visiting on holiday, or exploring faith for the first time — you are always welcome.
Regular Worship Pattern
-
First, Second, and Third Sundays of the Month
We celebrate the Eucharist (Holy Communion) — a reflective and sacred service where we remember the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ through the sharing of bread and wine. -
Fourth Sunday of the Month
We hold a Morning Worship service — a simple and prayerful time of Bible readings, hymns, and reflection, without Holy Communion.
All services begin at 11:00 am, and there’s no need to book or register — just come as you are.
What is the Eucharist?
The Eucharist, also known as Holy Communion, is a central Christian act of worship. It involves the sharing of bread and wine, as Jesus commanded at the Last Supper, to remember his love, his sacrifice, and his promise of eternal life.
Everyone is welcome to take part, and if you are unsure or would prefer to receive a blessing instead, you're invited to come forward at the appropriate time.
We Look Forward to Welcoming You
Our church family is made up of people of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you're seeking spiritual nourishment, companionship, or just a quiet space to reflect, we hope you'll find a warm welcome and a peaceful place here at Veryan Parish Church.
